Unemployment down
The registered unemployed last month fell by 374 persons to 5,958 when compared to the same month last year, the National Statistics Office said.
Data supplied by the Employment and Training Corporation also show that unemployment in July increased by 97 from the 5,861 registered in June.

Maybe the illegal immigrants are taking the jobs.
It amazes me when such claims are made. I know one person in the family
who qualified with a diploma in IT at MCAST (distinction) and over the three years
he has not had a single job involving his specialised studied subject.
